UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - OSHKOSH
POLICIES
Staff as well as citizens must comply with all applicable
laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of the University, including but not
limited to, the following:
- Persons and/or objects may not occupy windowsills,
balconies, roofs, or any other external appendage of UW Oshkosh facilities.
- Possession of firearms, weapons, ammunition,
fireworks, explosives, or highly inflammable materials within any UW Oshkosh
facility, or immediate area, is prohibited.
- Tampering with, or removal of, windows/screens from
any part of a building is prohibited and subject to repair and/or
replacement cost. There will be a $10.00 fine for each screen removed or
tampered with, plus any costs associated with screen repair.
- Tampering with fire alarm systems, firefighting
equipment, or emergency call systems is prohibited.
- Any charges incurred due to violations will be billed
to WALABGS.
- Blocking open or unlocking of common area or external
doors which are to be continually locked at specific periods of time is
prohibited.
- Gambling in any form is prohibited.
- Gruenhagen Conference Center reserves the right to
remove conference participants from UW Oshkosh facilities for failure to
comply with these regulations.
- UW Oshkosh reserves the right to enter any lodging
accommodations or meeting rooms which Badger Girls State has reserved in
order to inspect premises for purposes of health, management, safety or
compliance with applicable rules and regulations. UW Oshkosh reserves the
right to vacate any of the lodging or meeting room accommodations and
require the occupants to move to other UW Oshkosh meeting facilities.
